I went in for a basic eye exam and was very pleased with the customer service. All of the staff were incredibly professional, polite and smiling a warm smile. The prices on the glasses are a bit up there but they carry high quality brands and not your walgreens readers types of glasses. Overall, I recommend them for their professionalism, clean and fancy atmosphere, and exceptional transparency throughout the entire exam.

Dr. Patel was such a breath of fresh air. She immediately caught what was off with my current contact prescription and even explained why my progressive lenses have been making my neck hurt. She’s efficient and thorough, not rushed, and her friendly energy makes the whole appointment feel easy. I walked out finally understanding what was going on, and feeling genuinely taken care of.
