The doctor was very knowledgeable and treated my situation carefully and honestly, the price of the glasses were within range so that I could afford definitely would recommend.

I had been going to Mann Eye Institute located on Braker Ln, I am a Diabetic and wanted the best care I could get for my eyes and thought this was a good place to go. Everything went well at first the Doctor was Great the Doctor's Assistant was great. Then I went to get my eye glasses, paid $300 the glasses was awful couldn't see a dam thing took them back and got back the same awful glasses so I went a year without wearing them $300 glasses until another assistant said wait hold up I see the problem and she fixed them and said there you go so I went and started wearing them took a minute to adjust. after 2 years they broke went and got another pair name brand $280 they broke 6 months after. let me say at know point did they make me Feel Cared for, Value, and Respected when it came to Correcting things for me, the Assistant were kind to me but was of no help and the Doctor was good. I went to ELGIN VISION and was left feeling AWE 😯The Assistants were Amazing, Kind Respectful, and made me Truly Feel Valued, Respected and Cared for!!! the Doctor was Excellent on all Points and the Eye Glasses well let me tell yall PERFECT on the FIRST try not bring back to get fixed although that happens sometimes but NOT THIS TIME! I was so worried because Elgin is my new hometown and I want to be able to spend my Hard Earned Working Money where I live and Elgin has shown itself to be the perfect place to live. my new EYE PLACE IS...ELGIN VISION IDEAL EYE TEAM!!!!! PRAISE GOD!!!

My wife and I have both used Elgin Vision Source and both had great experiences! Dr. Rutkowski is great and his team was very helpful with me in getting some new glasses. I haven't had a good pair of glasses in years and the lady who helped me was very patient as I kept trying on pairs, second-guessing myself, and eventually landing on a nice pair. Of course, I managed to break them just a little while later, but his in-house repair dude was very friendly and helpful and fixed them up free of charge in about 3 minutes. Thanks y'all!

The first time I took my son to Elgin Vision was during covid. They were able to see us in a reasonable time period. Elgin Vision has been his eye care place ever since. Everyone is professional, and takes time to explain whenever I have questions, whether it is about insurance, diagnosis or fitting of the glasses. They will continue to handle my son's vision care.

Elgin Vision gives a small-town vibe. No rushing, very personal and listen well. I've called many times with eye problems over the years, and they always fit me in the same day. Everyone is friendly and polite. Dr. R is very thorough explaining what my problem is and what to do about it.

The receptionist called me ahead of time to ensure I knew what the cost of the appointment would be which was incredibly sweet and assisted me with finding my vision insurance. The whole staff was timely and kind, I appreciated that they walked me through the information I didn't understand and weren't incredibly pushy when it came to getting new glasses.

At Elgin Vision my experience was awesome l! The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The doctor provides outstanding eye care and is always detailed in giving you feedback. As a team they are welcoming and professional. No pressure to purchase glasses from them. I go there because i find that the doctor is incredibly knowledgeable and explains everything thoroughly, from eye exam results to treatment options. The doctor is patient, attentive, and addresses all my concerns clearly. I do not feel rushed. His staff continues to value the patient and is fantastic, courteous, and efficient, making the entire experience pleasant and stress-free! We have been going there the last fee years!
