Dr. Mai is the best! She's always super helpful and understanding of what my needs are when it comes to my eye health. I always look forward to my visits here, all the staff from check in, to check out are amazing.

Exceptional front counter welcome team .. extremely friendly and patient with everyone I saw come in/leave. Staff was excellent, very attentive did not feel rushed or like I was a bother. Took their time and explained everything prior to and during exam. Dr was amazing... Explained details and procedure... Was quick and painless. Best surgery experience I have ever had. Highly recommend.

I’m a local and Kyle Vision has been my go-to eye care place. Everyone here is super friendly and makes you feel comfortable right away. The doctor is thorough, takes time to explain things, and never rushes the appointment. The office is clean, modern, and well run, and I never feel like I’m waiting forever. They have a very good range of frames, and although there was no pressure to buy new ones I again had wonderful help deciding on a new pair. I highly recommend Kyle Vision Center. I was visiting here from another state & they were able to get me right in for a check-up. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and set up a portal for my eye doc to see in my home state.

I was able to walk in and get a same-day appointment. The office staff was courteous and efficient, and the doctor was very personable—she took time to answer all my questions and address my concerns. She even walked me to the front and personally introduced me to the staff member who helped me with my glasses. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. I’ll be bringing my my mom back for her exam.

Everything was so easy. From the online appointment schedule, the check in process, etc. The tech that performed the initial part of the exam, was super friendly and thorough. Dr Mai was a delight, and so personable. And the rep that helped me find the perfect pair of glasses while working with my insurance did am amazing job. 👏 Well done everyone!
