Everything was great. The doctor was awesome and thorough and answered all my questions. The customer service was the best there could be. My husband and I walked out of our appointment saying how wonderful everyone was and we were very pleased. The insurance coverage was also awesome, I know unbelievable, and they were very helpful getting to an affordable price for glasses. Highly recommend!!!!!

I've been coming to Kyle Vision for years now, and I always have positive experiences with the staff. They are friendly and work with your preferences. I love my optometrist, Dr. Mai; she is so kind and knowledgeable.

Very pretty place, lots of choices regarding frames. Front desk staff is very friendly 🙂, the Doctor and the assistant lady was fast and thorough. I was helped by Anthony to choose the right frame and sunglasses for my prescription. He was extremely patient with me, we had a good chat and he was making sure to apply all the insurance and other discounts they have now. I think I got a good deal for 2 pairs of glasses 🤓🕶️. Great place.

The doctors and staff are awesome! They are friendly, helpful and professional. There's flexible scheduling (even a couple of Saturdays each month) and the location is perfect. Staff is always great at explaining each step of the process and especially any applicable insurance benefits. They give you upfront pricing for everything and are not pushy. Kyle Vision is a convenient and pleasant one-stop shop from eye exam to eyewear purchase.

I got into town from Fort Worth this afternoon, switched my sunglasses out for my regular glasses and noticed that I was missing one of the plastic nose pieces … pretty uncomfortable. I looked up local optometrists and stopped in at Kyle Vision. The staff member who helped me was super nice … he quickly replaced the nose piece and didn’t charge me. We are looking at houses and n Kyle and I will definitely be moving my business to Kyle Vision when we move. I would highly recommend them.

Dr. Mai is the best! She's always super helpful and understanding of what my needs are when it comes to my eye health. I always look forward to my visits here, all the staff from check in, to check out are amazing.

Exceptional front counter welcome team .. extremely friendly and patient with everyone I saw come in/leave. Staff was excellent, very attentive did not feel rushed or like I was a bother. Took their time and explained everything prior to and during exam. Dr was amazing... Explained details and procedure... Was quick and painless. Best surgery experience I have ever had. Highly recommend.

I’m a local and Kyle Vision has been my go-to eye care place. Everyone here is super friendly and makes you feel comfortable right away. The doctor is thorough, takes time to explain things, and never rushes the appointment. The office is clean, modern, and well run, and I never feel like I’m waiting forever. My family has had nothing but great experiences here. Highly recommend Kyle Vision if you’re in the area and need an eye doctor you can trust.

A friend recommended Kyle Vision. I'm so glad I took her advice! The Optician and staff were great, very welcoming , courteous and friendly and were also very willing to answer my questions. They have a very good range of frames, and although there was no pressure to buy new ones I again had wonderful help deciding on a new pair. I highly recommend Kyle Vision Center. I was visiting here from another state & they were able to get me right in for a check-up. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and set up a portal for my eye doc to see in my home state.
