Everyone at Manor Vision was so welcoming and took the time to answer all of our questions. Highly recommend! Shanon is amazing, she helped me pick out frames and thoroughly explained all the add-ons, along with answering my insurance questions. Great experience overall!

I had a very nice visit. I especially liked the state of the art equipment for examining my retina without drops. And my examination was quick yet thorough and precise. Picking out my frames was an enjoyable experience as well. They had several affordable frames to choose from. And they worked to make sure my first progressives would meet my personal requirements. And I loved that it was near my home in Manor! Highly recommended!

All the staff were amazing from start to finish. They explained all tests and exams step by step and took time to answer any questions or concerns I had. Wait time was basically non existent. Lots of options for eyewear that included something that could be covered by my insurance if needed. They even helped my out with adjusting my current glasses for a better fit. Will definitely be returning

I had my vision checked and I was very pleased with the process and information provided. Check in was quick, and the pre-exam was thorough and included a picture of the back of my eye - I never had that before. The doctor covered the details of the photo and I learned a great deal about my vision. I’ll definitely go back there again..

Great,i hadn't seen a eye Dr in a few year's,but thy didn't judge nor asked a million questions they just took care of me and everything went great. Also so clean and very polite Staff. Thank you 😊

I loved this place, everyone was nice the place was clean and everyone was efficient. I was nervous because I took my baby with me and I was worried that it would take a long time but I was out in 35 min. I called before I made an appointment and Emily was very helpful and efficient she told me what my insurance was going to cover and how much I have to pay out of pocket !!!! I had a great experience!!!

Everyone in the office is very friendly, and Dr. Shaw was very sweet and patient with my 5 year old. He was very excited to receive a small toy after his first eye exam. The technician was professional and patient. The office is clean, the music is soothing, and the front office chairs are comfortable! Great experience all around.

Dr. Shah was excellent—thorough in her exam and clear in her explanations. She took the time to address my questions and made sure I understood all of my options. It’s clear she cares about her patients and takes pride in delivering quality care. I just love this place!! I have been to other big name companies that I left feeling defeated. Their staff was so helpful and the prices were great. They worked with my insurance company and it was a smooth transaction. I personally recommend the girl Emily she was so cute and happy and helpful. She even gave me some eyelid cleanser that has helped tremendously! Thanks again! I will be back next year for my new prescription. I have diabetes and my eyes get worse every year but at least I found a place that is sensitive to this

The team at Manor Vision has always been helpful and professional. I’ve read some reviews here and honestly I do not agree with any of them. Emily, the office manager, has never once made me feel unwelcome or given me any inconvenience. Lena and everyone else in the office have always been exceptional with the service and I’ve never encountered a problem. Don’t always believe negative reviews because most people are just angry for their own stupid selfish reasons. Keep up the great work Manor Vision and don’t let people who are unhappy in life discourage you guys from delivering great customer service. I would fully recommend anyone in this area to use Manor Vision for any eye care needs!
