Manor Vision

Dr. Shah is licensed as a Therapeutic Optometrist and Optometric Glaucoma Specialist. She was born and raised in Bossier City, LA. She received her Bachelors of Science in Biology at The Ohio State University (Go Buckeyes!) and received her Doctorate of Optometry from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN. Dr. Shah completed her clinical training at Willis Knighton Eye Institute in Shreveport, LA, Vision Source Eyecare in Kansas City, MO, and The Eye Center in Memphis, TN. She has received extensive optometric training in full scope optometric care with different areas of focus including anterior and posterior segment ocular disease, dry eye disease and management, and surgical co-management.
In her spare time, Dr. Shah enjoys traveling, painting, and exploring local Austin restaurants with friends and family!

Dr. Clayton Rutkowski is licensed as a Therapeutic Optometrist and Optometric Glaucoma Specialist. He grew up in the small town of Karnes City, TX and obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Texas at Austin. He then attended the University of Houston where he received his Doctor of Optometry degree. Dr. Rutkowski completed his first externship at Good Neighbor Community Clinic in Houston providing primary care and ocular disease diagnosis and management for the under-served members of the community. His second externship was at a San Antonio Vision Source, where he focused on primary care and contact lens fitting. Dr. Rutkowski is excited to continue his work at Manor Vision. He looks forward to providing exceptional personalized eye care for the community in and around the City of Manor. In his spare time, Dr. Rutkowski enjoys delving into astronomy, the occasional video game, fishing and spoiling his dog Holly.
